When a comprehensive physical exam isn’t enough to determine the cause of your pet’s symptoms, Good Life Veterinary Care can utilize a variety of tools and procedures to gather the information we need to make a diagnosis.
Some of our diagnostic tools include a complete in-house laboratory, digital radiography (X-ray), electrocardiography (EKG), blood pressure screening, diabetes monitoring, and tonometry
(glaucoma screening). We also utilize outside laboratories for more specialized or extensive testing and have the ability to conduct telemedicine consults with veterinary specialists.
Our on-site laboratory allows us to get quick results and start treating patients as soon as possible. We are able to complete blood chemistries, urine testing, parasite screening and
cytologic evaluation of skin, ears and lumps during your appointment. When test results are available quickly, we can diagnose and treat sooner. At Good Life Veterinary Care, we make it
our goal to get your pets feeling better as quickly as we can.
It is our goal to give our clients the very best care. X-Rays play an important role in diagnosing many conditions in pets. Our state-of-the-art digital radiology unit allows us to take radiographs and interpret them in a short amount of time. Our digital system also allows us to send images electronically to a veterinary specialist for expert interpretation and advice when needed.
